Once you have found the right Agent, the next step is determining your budget and finances. Whether you will be obtaining a traditional mortgage or purchasing with cash, your Realtor® will assist you through the purchasing process from start to finish. 3. Establish Your Needs & Wants

Once the budget is established, your Realtor® should have a good grasp of the home options that fit your needs and wants. You have just found the perfect property! Your Realtor® and you are now reviewing all the supporting documents. With your Realtor, discuss the Price you are willing pay, and understand the fine print. At this time your agent and you will determine the completion, and possession dates that best suite your timeline. Afterwards your Realtor® will be in contact with a suitable lawyer to complete the paperwork.

6. Enjoy Your NEW Property!

Now the hard part - packing for your new home! The last and final step is to enjoy your new purchase. Move in and reap the rewards of your own place. Not only will it be your home for the foreseeable future, but also a financial investment.
