How We Get The Most Out Of Your Property

1. Find The RIGHT Real Estate Agent For YOU

Finding the RIGHT Realtor® for you is extremely important when it comes to selling your home. We are professionals in our field and we will give you the best advice possible as we maximize on your investment. We will take the time to learn about your situation, consider your financial position, and understand your wish-list. We aim to be the best Real Estate professionals providing you with confidence and ease-of-mind, when going through the process of selling your property. We will be there for you AFTER the sale as well; full cycle service!

2. Analyze the Market

To see what is available and how your property stacks up against others, we will conduct simple market analysis. Start by sitting down with us to discuss the basic information about your property (ie. # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, # of floors, square footage, etc). It is best to invite your Realtor® to your property so they can assess the home from a professional perspective. With their experience, they will soon be able to tell what the features of the property are, the main selling points, how to maximize the sale, and general how-to's if needed.

3. Determine Your Numbers

There are a few numbers associated with the process of listing a property. First, you must determine the original property purchase price, additional fees, possible mortgage fees and renovations, etc.. Next, we determine your bottom line (lowest amount you are willing to accept), and your median selling price (the price you would be content with). Your Realtor® will explain the possibilities, what is most realistic, and educate you if there are any discrepancies between the numbers. Analysis is based on the market value, experience, tax analysis, and costs analysis.

4. Establish Your Strategy

Throughout the process, we have implemented our professionalism, expertise, and experience, and it doesn't stop here. Together, we will map out a strategy, all possible options, and the listing process, so that it aligns with all your needs. As Realtors® we will go over the benefits so that you will understand the reasoning behind each move. In the end, our goal is to make sure that you are happy with the final decision and enjoy the process.

5. Reviewing Offers

Once your property is listed, offers will come. Your Realtor® will assist you every step of the way, understanding the offers and working with cooperating agents. We will help navigate the negotiation process, helping you get the most out of your Real Estate investment. As Realtors®, we will aid you, the primary decision maker, in understanding of each offer, and the next steps to follow.

6. Completing The Sale

Once an offer is accepted, we will continue to be at your side, reviewing all the necessary documents to complete the sale. The Realtor® will provide a checklist, a step-by-step of what needs to be done before the possession date, and ensure the notary or lawyer has read over the paperwork. When handing over keys, a simple walk-through is done to make sure everything is ready for possession. In these six simple steps, the process is complete. However, if there are any future concerns or questions arise, feel free to contact us.
